Position: Customer Services Sales Advisors
Package: £17,000 O/T + Benefits
Hard working, team players, who believe in the importance of providing excellent customer service are required to join our busy customer services department.
Helping customers by answering queries, calmly handling complaints and diffusing difficult situations, you will have a professional telephone manner, strong administrative skills and bags of confidence. You will need to provide us with dedication and a desire to succeed in a target driven environment. Previous experience would be helpful although not essential.
In return we’ll provide you with full training and ongoing support, great incentives, the opportunity for rapid progression and many more benefits, including subsidised catering and paid birthdays off.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary subject to increase after a 12 week probation period.
Position: Call Centre Sales Operators
Package: £14,500 - £15,000 + O/T + Bonus
Hard working, dedicated team players are required to join our busy inbound call centre.
Advising customers in the process of completing urgent loan applications and completing sales, you will have a professional telephone manner and confidence when working with customers. You will need to provide us with dedication and a desire to succeed in a target driven environment. A sales background or experience of working to targets or deadlines would be helpful although not essential.
